Here’s what you can expect once you place your order:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET) are processed within our standard processing time of 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time: 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–12 business days

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can track your parcel at any time.

Not entirely satisfied with your order? No problem.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to return a product.

Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and returns must always be sent with tracking.
(If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free of charge.)

After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
